Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F while you prepare ingredients. Grease a doughnut pan with a light spray of oil.

In a mixing bowl, whisk vegan yogurt, vanilla extract and plant milk together. Add Florida Crystals® Organic Raw Cane Sugar and whisk again.
Step 3
Sift in oat flour, almond flour, tapioca starch, baking powder, baking soda, salt and use a spatula to stir until a batter forms.
Step 4
Transfer batter into a piping bag and pipe into the doughnut pan.
Step 5
Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F. Gently remove from pan and let cool.
Step 6
For the sugar coating, whisk together Florida Crystals® Organic Raw Cane Sugar and cinnamon. Spritz doughnuts with oil or lightly dip in dairy-free butter then into the sugar mixture.
