Step 1
In a glass bowl, melt for roughly 1-2 minutes, the unsweetened chocolate, 4 tbsp. of coconut oil and Florida Crystals® Organic Raw Cane Sugar until the sugar is dissolved and the chocolate mixture is well blended.
Step 2
Add in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and 1 tbsp of coconut oil to the chocolate mixture. Mix well until a brownie batter texture forms.
Step 3
Spread evenly onto a cookie sheet laid with parchment paper.
Step 4
Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top.
Step 5
Freeze for about 30 minutes or until hard enough to break into bark like pieces and it's ready to enjoy.
